Children's Social Worker - Family Support & Safeguarding
Cambridgeshire County Council is recruiting experienced Children's Social Workers to join their Family Support and Safeguarding Team across Cambridge, Huntingdon, Ely, and Wisbech.
Permanent role | Salary: £41,958 - £44,822 per annum | Hybrid working available | Retention payments | Relocation package up to £8,000.

Responsibilities
* Manage safeguarding and child protection caseloads.
* Complete assessments and care planning.
* Work with CIN, CP, and pre‑proceedings cases.
* Prepare reports for court and conferences.
* Build strong relationships with children and families.
* Work within the Family Safeguarding Model.
* Ensure the child's voice is central to all decisions.
Essential Requirements
* Social Work qualification (degree / MA / PGDip).
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in safeguarding / children & families.
* Full UK driving licence.
