At Epiq, our Business Development Representatives identify and research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and build and cultivate prospect relationships. Our BDRs are highly motivated to interact with partner and associate level attorneys to introduce Epiq solutions that will improve their law firm practices. If that’s you, keep reading. Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls and e-mails
2. Research and develop new leads for our products
3. Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
4. Showcase our legal services and technology products to prospects, including demos
5. Partner with our account resources to close sales
6. Consistent achievement of sales targets
7. Contribute to sales forecasting, including managing all information for new and prospective customers in Salesforce
8. Identify gaps where current products do not meet client requirements
Job Requirements
9. The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Presentations to high-level decision makers
12. Use of online presentation tools
13. Technical aptitude to master our product
14. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
15. Prior sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas (software sales is a plus)
16. Experience performing to sales metrics
17. Understanding of legal industry and selling to law firms is a plus
18. Attorney is a plus
