Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + package (rising to £29,500 after probation)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

The Opportunity
As FM Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the Redhill head office, supporting daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied, fast-paced position offering exposure across multiple departments and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the office and engineering teams
* Managing day-to-day clerical duties and ensuring smooth office operations
* Handling incoming calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Welcoming and directing visitors
* Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for senior management
* Organising and maintaining company documentation and filing systems
* Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
* Supporting basic finance functions
* Receiving full industry and systems training
