Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Operations
* Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments
* Coordinate meeting logistics (venue, materials, invitations)
* Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
* Handle emails, correspondence, and basic communication when required
* Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
* Record basic meeting notes and follow up on simple action items
* Support general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma in any discipline
* Basic administrative or secretarial experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Able to follow instructions and work independently
* Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage
