About Our Client
Our client is a substantial organisation in the retail industry, known for its significant presence across the UK. They are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis based in Hemel Hempstead.
Job Description
* Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives.
* Assist in creating an inclusive and positive company culture.
* Support the HR Manager with Employee Relations cases and provide support and guidance to managers on best practice and process
* Support the Human Resources department in administrative tasks.
* Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
* Manage internal communications and updates.
* Handle employee relations and resolve issues promptly.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to Employee Relations case load
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
* A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
