A well-established fiduciary services firm is seeking a Trust Administrator to manage a portfolio of clients under the guidance of the team manager. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day administration of trusts and companies, liaise with clients and advisors, and ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
•Administer a portfolio of trusts and companies, maintaining accurate records and liaising with clients and third parties.
•Prepare trustee and board minutes, issue share certificates, and manage statutory records.
•Handle trust distributions, asset transactions, and bookkeeping including reconciliations.
•Assist with financial statements, billing, and compliance reviews.
•Ensure all due diligence requirements are met in line with internal policies.
About You:
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the offshore trust industry.
•Studying towards or holding a STEP or ICSA Diploma.
•Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
