This is a full time, permanent role. The Senior Engineer will take responsibility for the Engineering Department, supporting the Head of Engineering (HOE) to ensure the effectiveness of plant machinery, maintenance, and utilities. The role involves both preventative and reactive maintenance and supervisory duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the production facility. Key Responsibilities Engineering Operations: Oversee the Engineering Department's operations, ensuring effectiveness in machinery, maintenance, and utilities. Plan and implement preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Health & Safety: Manage health and safety across the department, maintain compliance with regulations, and lead audits and meetings in collaboration with the HOE and H&S Manager. Inventory Management: Supervise the storage, ordering, and inventory of spare parts, reporting discrepancies as necessary.
