Overview
An exciting opportunity to join our Front of House team at Darlington Hippodrome as a Front of House Assistant. This role is a 10 hour contract with working hours between Thursday-Sunday, with regular weekends being the key operational hours. Applicants must have a flexible approach to working arrangements to work around the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will ideally have experience in customer service, enjoy working in a customer facing role and a love for the Theatre and Arts. The role works across our Cafe's, bars and front of house scanning tickets and working in the auditorium.
We are looking for individuals who can deliver service with a smile, ensure customers receive first class service, have a good product knowledge, are comfortable using an electronic point of sale and ensure all our audiences feel welcomed.
Qualification Requirements
Over 18 years of age is mandatory as there is a requirement to serve alcohol to customers.
