About Our Client

Job Description
3. Input purchase invoices and prepare payment runs for authorisation
4. Manage VAT submissions, tax payments, and Option to Tax applications
5. Maintain rent income records and reconcile with estate agents
6. Produce quarterly management accounts and 12-month rolling cashflows
7. Liaise with estate agents, tenants, insurers, and external accountants
8. Handle year-end submissions, tax returns, and reconciliations
9. Oversee two monthly payrolls including HMRC and pension uploads
10. Maintain staff records including pay, leave, sickness, and pensions
11. Attend quarterly finance meetings with trustees and agents
12. Provide ad-hoc financial support to managers and directors
The Successful Applicant
13. Proven experience in property or SME accounting
14. Strong knowledge of VAT, payroll, and cashflow forecasting
15. ACCA, ACA, ICEW qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience
16. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
17. Experience with payroll software and Excel proficiency
18. Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
19. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines
20. Flexible and proactive, with a "roll your sleeves up" attitude
