We are currently looking for a Service Technician to join our established team based in Hedge End.
As a Service Technician, you will carry out a variety of workshop tasks efficiently and safely. The goal is to meet customer requirements and maximize workshop utilization and productivity.
Your day will include:
* Carrying out vehicle services and repairs according to brand technical standards.
* Working in line with brand and dealership processes.
* Liaising directly with customers when appropriate.
* Supporting less experienced colleagues.
* Attending regular training to update technical skills.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Have you got what it takes?
* Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation.
* Previous experience in a franchise dealership.
* Strong fault diagnosis skills and MOT Tester qualification.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* Good planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Hours of work:
* Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (with 1-hour lunch).
* Saturdays 08:30 – 12:30 (on a 1 in 4 rota).
