We’re seeking a Ticketing Manager to lead Arts and Culture Trust’s (ACT) ticketing operations with vision and precision. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee everything from ticketing event builds and box-office services to financial performance and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team, ensuring seamless service delivery and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our audiences.

As the Ticketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer journey - from the first click to the final applause. You’ll coordinate training and development for your team, manage workflows for major events and seasons, and provide expert guidance to resolve ticketing challenges. Your ability to build strong relationships with venue hirers, consortium members, and internal stakeholders will be essential in maintaining a collaborative and forward-thinking ticketing environment.
