What You'll Be Doing
As an Occupational Health Advisor (Remote Case Manager), you will manage a diverse range of cases, work from home, and provide occupational health advice. Experience in case management, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong negotiation and motivational skills are essential. Must hold NMC Part 1 registration and a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma). Must have excellent written and communication skills, strong time management, IT literacy, and a solid understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and occupational health legislation.

* Degree level education
* Experience in quality management and accreditations
* Trained auditor
* ESG/CSR and DPO experience
* Strong communication and relationship skills
* Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Location
Remote, working from home in the UK only. Applicants must be able to legally work and reside in the UK and be available during UK working hours.
Hours
Full or part‑time (minimum 3 days per week).
