Junior Brand Manager | FMCG | Market related Salary | High Ownership Role
We’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager who’s ready to take real ownership.
This is not a support role — you’ll be responsible for delivering campaigns, leading innovation projects and working cross-functionally to drive brand and commercial performance.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning brand campaigns from planning through to execution and evaluation
* Leading innovation projects from concept to launch
* Working closely with Sales to drive in-store performance and growth
* Analysing performance data and shaping recommendations
* Managing agencies and delivering projects end-to-end
What we’re looking for:
* 3–5 years’ FMCG marketing experience
* Currently operating at Marketing Executive / Assistant Brand Manager level but already taking ownership of projects
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data
* Someone proactive, accountable and comfortable working independently
