Executive Director
As Executive Co-ordinator you will support the Executive Director, ensuring that the systems, resources and capacity are in place to deliver against an ambitious set of goals. Executive support: Serve as the main touchpoint for the Executive Director and provide day-to-day support for all of his tasks, pro-actively managing his diary and assist with forward planning.
Relationship management and engagement: assist the Executive Director (and other team members) with stakeholder and partnership building through research, preparation of relevant materials, pro-actively managing follow-up action and managing CRM data entry.
Team planning and co-ordination: work with the whole WMF Britain team to ensure adequate resourcing and coordinated efforts in order to meet operational objectives and deliverables.

Office Management: ensure efficient office administrative systems and procedures (incl. record keeping) are in place, securing good access to central resources from head office in New York. This includes liaison with the WMF Britain accountant and head office finance and IT team, amongst others.
Special projects: take on and drive forward special projects and initiatives set by the Executive Director, turning strategic opportunities into actionable plans.
Significant working experience (minimum 5 years) in executive management support or related roles.
Project co-ordination and management experience and the ability to take the lead on implementing change to advance organisational goals.
IT skills, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products and virtual meeting software, and CRM database systems.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building collegial relationships across levels of seniority, diverse teams and stakeholders.
Flexible, positive and creative.
Interest in and awareness of the world of cultural heritage.
Willingness to work occasionally outside normal office hours and to travel, as needed.
