The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Telemedicine Optometrist
to join their flagship
Glasgow City Centre clinic
.
You'll work within a
multidisciplinary team of ophthalmologists and clinicians
, providing both
remote consultations
and
clinic-based support
.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations via telemedicine platforms.
Triage referrals from optometrists, GPs, and primary care providers.
Provide clinical guidance to patients and administrative teams.
Collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance patient pathways and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
* GOC-registered Optometrist
(essential).
* Strong communication skills and adaptability in a digital care environment.
* Confident in clinical decision-making and referral triage.
* Experience in ophthalmology, refractive surgery, or telemedicine (desirable).
