As HR Advisor, you will work closely with an HR Partner to provide expert HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted first point of contact, you will support managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring pragmatic, consistent andmercially aware solutions. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, enabling effective people management and influencing leaders to drive best practice across their teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional and timely advice to managers and employees
2. Manage a range of employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, redundancy and restructuring
3. Support managers with key processes such as probation, flexible working, and family leave
4. Advise on recruitment and selection, including job design, job evaluation and interview processes
5. Support organisational change initiatives and contribute to HR projects aligned to the HR strategy
What You'll Need to Succeed
6. Proven 3/4 years HR experience at Advisor/Generalist level
7. Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing casework independently
8. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills
9. Ability to influence and coach managers effectively
10. CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
