Responsibilities
* As a Fusion SaaS Analyst for UK Government Clients, deliver post-sales support and solutions, resolving post-sales technical and functional customer issues directly with customers.
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, and internal Oracle teams, and providing advice on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
* Offer strategic support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, build/use automated technology to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues, and contribute as an expert member of the problem-solving team. On-site customer visits may be required.
The background you should have for this job
* 3-5+ years experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Payroll
* Hands-on experience in supporting/integrating and extending Oracle SaaS Payroll
* Full understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation
* Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, and understanding of performance tuning techniques
* Experience applying and testing Oracle Updates
* Strong experience in providing support, configuration and extension services to UK Govt/Commercial clients
* Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
* Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs
* Demonstrated self-initiative and ability to work independently
* Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements
* Willingness to undergo UK Government SC security clearance
* UK Nationals who are eligible to support UK Government Environments can apply; eligibility requires government-issued documents (UK Passport, UK Birth Certificate, or UK Naturalization Certificate)
