✅ Key Responsibilities:
* Classroom Support: Assist teachers across a range of subjects, incorporating physical activity into daily learning.
* 1:1 Student Support: Work closely with individual students who may be disengaged or require additional support.
* Sport-Based Engagement: Use sports methods to help motivate students and create a positive, active learning environment.
* Behavioural Support: Observe and encourage positive behaviours in the classroom.
* Emotional Development: Provide emotional and social support to help students develop resilience and confidence.
* Promote Health & Fitness: Encourage regular physical exercise and promote a healthy lifestyle throughout the school day.

Requirements:
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register.
* An Enhanced DBS (Child Only) on the Update Service (we can assist with this).
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* A passion for education, physical activity, and student development.
