We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our enthusiastic team and help us continue to make a difference in the lives of our children.

Role Overview:
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, working alongside class teachers, you will support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups.
2. Assisting with planning and preparing lessons and resources.
3. Managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning environment.
4. Supporting pupils' emotional well-being and personal development.
5. Possessing HLTA qualification/experience or willingness to work towards it.
6. Having experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school setting.
7. Having a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
8. Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEND.
9. Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Understanding child development and behavior management strategies.
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
12. Understanding safeguarding practices.
13. Maintaining a positive, professional, and proactive attitude towards supporting learning.
14. Having a clear vision and commitment to Christian education.
