What you will do:
* Provide support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring compliance with Fostering Services National Minimum Standards 2011 and Regulations 2011.
* Recruit, assess, and support foster carers to ensure safe and high-quality placements for children and young people.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and case files in line with current legislation and organisational policies.
* Collaborate with local authorities, ensuring the needs of looked-after children are met through well-matched placements.
* Lead and contribute to training sessions and support groups for foster carers.
* Undertake out of hours on-call duties on a rota basis, offering support during crises.
* Ensure rigorous safeguarding measures are in place, completing risk assessments and necessary documentation.
* Participate in business development through attending meetings and contributing to the implementation of the business plan.
