This role is integral to the promotion and influence of our Brand. The spa operation is the essence of our brand and the role is a key part of our operation. Responsibilities
* Conduct daily uniform checks ensuring the highest standards are met.
* Work alongside the Elemis and Clarins Account Managers to maximise retail opportunities.
* Collaborate with the In-House trainer and spa management to ensure KPIs are met.
* Attend the 8am booking station or ensure suitable attendance.
* Attend tours and ensure therapists conduct them in line with SOPs; ensure correct talking points and demonstrations are performed.
* Carry out management responsibilities.
* Follow up on trade tests where conducted.
* Ensure all Champneys Spa Customer service standards are adhered to at all times.
* Work closely with the reception team to maximise revenue opportunities.
* Carry out beauty treatments to required standards and adhere to treatment times.
* Maintain high levels of room and therapist presentation; keep rooms clean, hygienic, safe and well-maintained.
* Monitor daily treatment and retail sales revenues and communicate results to therapists.
* Organise and control an effective stock management system for all treatment and retail products, following PO procedures.
* Assist the Spa Manager with recruitment including interviews, trade tests and induction.
* Ensure efficient and effective scheduling of therapist rotas.
* Assess therapists for constant development and training in specialist treatments and customer service.
* Provide treatments and training within the spa department to the highest standards while supporting the Manager with business needs.
* Support and develop apprentices.
* Support the spa manager with administrative tasks as required.
* Liaise with product suppliers regarding training needs, improving retail sales, stock, displays and promotions.
