Job Title: General Labourer / Cleaner. Location: Graycar Business Park, Near Burton Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Friday) (40 hours per week) ________________________________________ Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable and efficient General Labourer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that materials are supplied to the production team as needed, helping maintain a smooth workflow and supporting the overall productivity of the workplace. You will be crucial in keeping workstations fully stocked, ensuring the necessary materials are readily available to support daily operations, general cleaning, and materials are moved efficiently around site. Key Responsibilities: * Support production activities to achieve planned output while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery targets * Ensure materials, parts, and assemblies are transferred from stores to production areas as required. * Prepare materials for proper use and ensure materials are properly replenished when needed. * Utilize ERP systems for tracking materials and inventory. * Apply continuous improvement methods to reduce errors and defects in processes. * Stay active throughout the day, ensuring materials are stocked at safety levels and moving materials between workstations.
