This is a hands-on role owning digital performance across the Nordics in a complex B2B environment.
You’ll plan, execute and optimise multichannel campaigns across paid, SEO, social and ABM - with one goal: deliver high-quality pipeline, not just leads.
You’ll work across internal teams and agencies, turning business priorities into performance-driven media plans and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll own
* End-to-end campaign strategy across the Nordic region
* Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO + ABM working as one system
* Media planning, budget allocation and ROI
* Day-to-day channel performance and optimisation
* Structured testing and experimentation frameworks
* Agency management and accountability
* Clear reporting tied to pipeline and revenue

* Proven experience running multichannel B2B campaigns end-to-end
* Strong hands‑on across paid, SEO and ABM
* Experience building media plans and forecasting ROI
* Confidence managing agencies and stakeholders
