A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Structural Design Manager to join their team, delivering complex cut & carve commercial projects across Central London.

Key Responsibilitie
sLead and manage the design process from concept to completion
Integrate engineering principles with practical construction requirements
Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive design delivery
Ensure designs meet all project specifications, budgets, and timelines
Oversee design documentation, approvals, and compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative, and functional developments

edMinimum of 5 years’ structural design experience within the UK (Central London experience preferred
).Degree qualified (BEng/MEng) in Civil or Structural Engineerin
g.Strong background in structural engineering with a clear understanding of the full design-to-construction lifecycl
e.Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skill
s.Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team
