What you’ll do:
* Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring staffing levels meet operational demands.
* Oversee order picking, packing, and dispatch, meeting output and quality targets.
* Analyse performance data and implement improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
* Ensure exceptional customer service through on-time deliveries and minimal returns.
* Motivate, develop, and engage your team to maximise productivity.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure robust traceability of products.
* Work closely with other departments to optimise the flow of products.
* Be hands-on when needed—no task is too small!
