What You'll Be Doing
Legal Support & Case Management
* Assist solicitors with employment tribunal cases (e.g. unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy).
* Draft and review legal documents including contracts, settlement agreements, and tribunal bundles.
* Conduct legal research and stay up to date with employment legislation.
* Liaise with clients and witnesses, helping manage case files and timelines.
HR & Advisory Support
* Help draft employment contracts, policies, and handbooks.
* Support disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes.
* Apply employment law principles to real-world HR scenarios.
Data Protection & Compliance
* Ensure GDPR compliance in handling sensitive data.
* Assist with privacy notices and subject access requests.
Client Interaction & Communication
* Respond to client queries with professionalism and warmth.
* Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
Training & Development
* Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
