We have an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Network Engineer supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, delivering a stable, secure, efficient, and well-managed infrastructure throughout its lifecycle. Key Skills/requirements
As part of a Network Operations Centre, you'll have opportunities to develop your skills and our capabilities by performing RUN activities with other Network Analysts. You will be empowered to:
* Perform Level 2/3 Network incident diagnostics/resolution.
* Implement network changes and requests.
* Enhance your skills through professional training, certifications, and experience.
Your skills and experience
* Supporting enterprise networks with valid networking technical certifications.
* Supporting (Enterprise) Wi-Fi technologies, including Cisco WLC or others.
* Understanding Cisco ACI software-defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod).
* Experience with network management tools like SolarWinds or similar.
* Supporting Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA & AnyConnect Remote Access).
* Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
* Good working knowledge of ITIL processes.
