We are seeking a consultant with enthusiasm, commitment, and drive to work closely with colleagues throughout the organisation and within the community to help lead the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Dermatology department at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. The successful candidate will join a service that prides itself on effective leadership, innovative thinking, and excellent teamwork. We strive to challenge our existing working practices and to constantly improve our service to deliver best‑practice guidance and to ensure that our patient outcomes are successful and that they feel valued by visits here at the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outpatient clinics and procedures at Hertford County Hospital.
* Provide advice to inpatients at the Lister site.
* Support dermatology ward reviews as scheduled.
* Supervise and support dermatology nurses, associate specialists and specialty doctors based at Hertford County Hospital while providing coverage across the Trust sites.
* Encourage and propose ideas for service improvement and development.
