Responsibilities:
8. Provide teaching assistance aligned with the teacher's weekly/daily/seasonal planning
9. Work 1:1 with students
10. Facilitate group and/or individual activities as planned by the teacher
11. Work individually with learners/students to develop their work
12. Support the general well-being of learners within the school's structure
13. Monitor and evaluate students' learning under the teacher's guidance
14. Assist teachers in employing relevant management strategies for a purposeful teaching and learning environment
15. Support all learners in their planned structured work across all curriculum areas
Requirements:
16. Ability to work with learners with various learning difficulties
17. Understanding of students with special needs
18. Willingness to learn and build relationships with learners
19. Confidence to support the lead in groups across different educational subjects
20. Ability to work individually and as part of a team
21. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
22. Flexibility in approach to education
23. Experience in working in SEND settings is desirable but not essential
24. Must be eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
25. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one
