You’ll be involved in delivering complex infrastructure projects, working closely with key clients and project teams, and playing a meaningful role in shaping outcomes from day one.
Essential
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within infrastructure projects such as rail, highways, water, nuclear, etc.
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and demonstrable experience.
Nice to have
Experience in the rail
NEC accreditation or formal NEC training
Experience leading projects and mentoring others
Chartered status is welcome but not required
