Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a school in Daventry to recruit an experienced and dedicated Attendance Manager for a full-time role starting January 2026.
This is a key pastoral role, ideal for someone passionate about improving attendance, engagement, and outcomes for young people.
The Role:
* Monitor and manage whole-school attendance and punctuality
* Analyse attendance data and identify patterns of concern
* Work closely with students, parents/carers, and staff to improve attendance
* Lead attendance interventions and support plans
* Liaise with external agencies where required
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding and attendance regulations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an attendance, pastoral, or school-based role
* Strong understanding of attendance procedures and safeguarding
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
