Facilities Manager London £60,000 The Facilities Manager is responsible for the coordination and day-to-day management of the London office, ensuring operational simplicity, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. Acting as the main point of contact for office leads and landlords, the role oversees the Property Services function and provides the necessary detail to support informed decision-making. This position also leads the Workplace teams, fostering an environment that promotes well-being, productivity, and a strong workplace culture. The role actively seeks opportunities to enhance onsite services and implement new initiatives aligned with the ISS Global Strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Technical and Cleaning Services onsite. Ensure strong client and employee engagement. Maintain regular stakeholder communication to evolve service delivery. Manage financial aspects including salaries, expenses, and supplier costs within budget. Deliver services in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs. Produce reports, presentations, and business cases as required. Manage contract changes and ensure documentation is properly maintained. Ensure compliance with Livv Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Keep all site documentation and SOPs accurate and up to date. Recruit, train, and lead Workplace teams with a focus on quality and efficiency. Oversee operational rotas and resource allocation. Maintain employee records and manage absence processes. Support timely recruitment and maintain accurate job descriptions. Implement training and development plans across all teams. Conduct performance management activities including reviews and appraisals. Support People & Culture processes in collaboration with relevant managers. Chair regular team meetings to assess service delivery. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery. Maintain and promote a workplace events calendar. Support sustainability goals, including waste and chemical management. Ensure quality audits are completed on schedule. Represent the business professionally and credibly at all times. Key Requirements Strong background in Facilities Management and team leadership. Experience managing suppliers and service contracts. Financial acumen with budget management experience.
