Why This Role Exists
The business has invested heavily in infrastructure and operational capability and is now positioned for significant commercial growth. Current turnover is around £3.5m‑£4m, operating at approximately 50% capacity, providing a solid platform for expansion.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop key customer accounts
* Drive new business opportunities across service, maintenance and system solutions
* Build strategic relationships across OEMs, FM providers and end users
* Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans
* Identify market trends and commercial opportunities
* Support wider commercial positioning and growth strategy
* Act as a visible commercial presence within the market
