Job Outline:

We are looking for a driven individual to join our growing team. This is a junior role ideally suited to someone that would like to build a career in the investment industry, with the opportunity to grow in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Role:

·
To deliver first-class communications for our clients and prospects that are mix of city professionals, entrepreneurs, and private client families

·
Help deliver our workflow to maximise the team's output and results

·
Proactively drive the team forward by promoting efficient collaborative working

·
Assist the team day to day in a structured way of working using technology to enhance productivity

·
Engage our existing clients and develop strong relationships with target audience community

·
Report regularly to colleagues on the team's overall output

·
Contribute to team strategy and promote a fun working environment

What are we looking for in you:

You are a driven individual looking to build a career at a high-performing private client business

·
A resourceful person with excellent attention to detail, the ability to use data effectively

·
You are curious, creative and collaborative with a willingness to start conversations, get stuck in and thrive in a continuous improvement culture

Naturally personable, a great communicator, and passionate about doing a great job whilst enjoying day-to-day working life

Experience & Skills:

·
Experience in financial services desired, but not necessary

·
Excellent literacy, with an understanding of social media & Comms

·
Ability to understand data and effectively use it for analysis and marketing purposes

·
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

·
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

·
Confident communicator, independent thinker with a passion for administration

·
Relevant experience using salesforce, CRM, LinkedIn, AI, comms/creative tools
