Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive and dynamic leisure operators. They are currently recruiting for a Membership Manager. Leading a busy team, you will take an active role in the growth of membership at their site, based in Alton, Hampshire.
What your role will be
1. Working at the facility, you will provide a line management role supporting the Membership Advisors to maximize every opportunity.
2. Working to set KPIs and targets.
3. Meeting regularly with the team to monitor performance and support them in line with our spirit values.
4. Managing the team with the philosophy that 'everyone’s a member,' focusing on converting users to members.
5. Developing high levels of customer service and ensuring excellence at all times.
6. Empowering your team to become subject matter experts with extensive product knowledge of all facilities and customer needs.
7. Ensuring administration and systems are kept up to date and compliant.
Your background
1. Experience in membership management, sales management, or consulting roles.
2. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external customers and staff.
3. Proven customer service skills and experience.
4. Experience motivating and driving a sales team to success.
