About You
 * Minimum 12 months experience in Health or Social Care and a valid NMC PIN.
 * Strong knowledge of NMC standards of practice and a commitment to professional development.
 * Ability to work within a nurse‑led environment, making complex decisions and collaborating effectively with multi‑disciplinary teams.
 * Passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues, including providing practice supervision and assessment for students.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to role‑model professional behaviour.
 * Person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
 * Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and the ability to recognise and act upon signs of abuse, harm or neglect.
