We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their busy conveyancing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The pay for this role is £12.21 per hour.
The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting a team of Conveyancing Executives by ensuring that each property transaction is processed efficiently and professionally. This is a busy and rewarding position that involves multitasking, prioritising deadlines, and maintaining excellent communication with both clients and internal colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for a high-volume caseload of conveyancing transactions
* Liaise professionally with clients and introducers via phone, email, and written correspondence
* Apply for property searches and assist with legal document preparation
* Enter and manage data accurately within case management systems
* Assist with day-to-day office duties such as scanning, filing, and post-handling
* Ensure all processes are followed in line with regulatory and internal standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working in an office-based administrative role
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised, professional, and committed to high standards of client care
