An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in Downham Market, Norfolk. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health‑care providers.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN.
Key Duties
* Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
* Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
* Ensure that residents’ care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health‑care professionals.
* Report any ill health among residents and request GP/professional visit where necessary.
Preferred Experience and Skills
* Proven experience of working in a care setting.
* Empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group.
* Well‑developed time‑management and leadership skills.
* A can‑do attitude.
* A good team player.
* 1+ year NMC registration.
