What You’ll Own
* Define and execute a global campus strategy that builds a strong, diverse pipeline of early‑career talent across STEM, business, and analytical disciplines.
* Develop deep partnerships with leading universities and student communities, ensuring we remain a top destination for high‑potential graduates.
* Design flagship programs including internships, insight weeks, early ID initiatives, and high‑intensity recruitment events that showcase our culture and opportunity.
* Partner with senior leaders across technical, investment, and business teams to understand talent needs and translate them into data‑driven hiring plans.
* Elevate our employer brand on campus through innovative outreach, competitions, workshops, and on‑site experiences students won’t forget.
* Lead and develop a growing team of campus specialists, coordinators, and program managers.

* A track record building or scaling early‑talent or campus functions in a high‑performance environment ideally in Technology, Consulting or Financial Services (with proven tenure in roles and growth).
