Senior PMO Lead – ERP Transformation
Contract: 6 Months + extensions
Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Budget Control
* Own programme-level budgets, forecasts, and cost to complete
* Track spend and highlight risks or deviations
* Provide insight and challenge to Finance and stakeholders
Resource & Workforce Planning
* Lead workforce and resource planning across internal teams and system integrators
* Ensure the programme has the right people in the right place at the right time
Stakeholder Engagement
* Engage confidently with senior leaders and delivery partners
* Navigate complex programme at critical phases
* Present recommendations to high level audiences
Programme Control & TMO Leadership
* Set up and run fit-for-purpose TMO controls and reporting
* Ensure consistency across RAID logs, programme assurance, and decision-making forums
