We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for patient safety, experience and clinical governance to join us at NHS Golden Jubilee.
This post provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the work carried out within the Clinical Governance Department, to provide support datix administration, adverse events management, providing assistance and advice to staff, patients and visitors as required.
Dealing primarily with Datix administration, the role will also have linkage to our adverse event management handling system, with responsibility, where assigned, to perform quality control checks and liaise with colleagues on risk and adverse event management.
The post holder has responsibility for contributing to the design of systems and processes. These shall comply with prevailing national requirements to support feedback, claims and adverse events management, including contact with the procurator fiscal, and supporting any Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAI). In supporting the wider Clinical Governance agenda, the post holder will also be involved in supporting service clinical governance forums.
Post advertised for 22.2 hours over 3 days. Applicants requiring a minor increase or decrease to the 22.2 hours will be considered.
