We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking People Partner to join the South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb). This pivotal role acts as a trusted advisor to directorates, influencing workforce strategy and ensuring that people practices reflect our values of Kindness, Integrity, and Courage.
As a People Partner, you will work closely with Strategic People Partners, operational leaders, and specialist colleagues to embed the People Strategy at a local level. You'll provide expert advice on a broad range of people management areas -- including employee relations, workforce planning, staff engagement, talent development, and organisational change.
This is a hands-on, strategic HR role where your ability to interpret complex people issues and deliver clear, pragmatic solutions will be essential.

Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver day-to-day HR support across your allocated directorates
* Lead organisational change projects, including restructures and consultations
* Use workforce data to influence local and strategic decision-making
* Support and upskill managers in effective people management
* Represent HR at formal hearings and staff forums
* Partner with trade unions to foster strong collaborative relationships
* Coach line managers and drive consistency, fairness, and best practice
