Health and Safety Lead – Construction – Midlands / North
Salary: £80-85k + Package
Duration: 12 month FTC

Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional who thrives on making a real impact? We’re working with a well-renowned Construction who are looking for an Health and Safety Lead to support their business for a 12 month FTC covering their Midlands and North regions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change and support a busy operational environment with a strong focus on collaborative health and safety improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend monthly leadership meetings
* Work closely with on-site teams to positively influence H&S culture
* Undertake operational site visits with the operational health and safety team
* Responsible for a team of operational Health and Safety Advisors
* Continued improvements and influencing of organisational health and safety culture
* Continual movement of health and safety strategy and management system across the business
What We’re Looking For:
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent as a minimum
* Proven experience in a similar H&S leadership role within the Construction sector
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Have experience managing a team of direct reports
* Be flexible to travel within a large regional role
* Ability to engage teams at all levels and lead by example
