What youll be doing
1. Communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and colleagues to build strong relationships
2. Process sales orders, service orders and goods return requests accurately in the CRM system
3. Generate quotations for the Service team where required
4. Respond promptly to customer enquiries
5. Update and maintain systems and databases accurately
6. Support administrative tasks, including supplier orders, stock checks and progress chasing
