The Role We're looking for someone energetic, personable, and driven who's ready to build a career in insurance from the ground up. You'll have real ownership, bringing in new business, managing your own client portfolio, and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. What You'll Do Build and Manage Client Relationships Be the primary point of contact for your clients from first conversation through to renewal Handle inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support with care and attention Build trust and become the insurance advisor your clients rely on Ensure every interaction is documented accurately and professionally Drive New Business Identify and pursue new business opportunities with energy and initiative Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach Have natural, consultative conversations that help prospects understand their insurance needs Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services Turn inquiries into long-term client relationships Manage the Process Guide clients through the application and underwriting process Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to facilitate policy issuance Handle policy modifications and renewals smoothly Stay on top of every detail to deliver seamless service Stay Informed and Keep Improving Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations Collaborate with colleagues and support teams to continuously improve Learn the insurance market inside and out What We're Looking For Personality First We care more about who you are than what's on your CV.
