The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for families looking to improve their home’s energy efficiency. Your role will be to guide them through the process—whether they’re applying for a boiler grant, booking a cavity wall inspection, or simply looking for advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and online enquiries with warmth and professionalism
* Advising customers on our services, including insulation options, eco-friendly boilers, and grant eligibility
* Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups with surveyors and installation teams
* Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting administrative tasks
* Resolving queries and ensuring every customer has a smooth, positive experience
Essential Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
