Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for specialized roles, with a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related engineering disciplines.
Partner closely with Technical Hiring Managers and Department Leaders to understand complex role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term team-building strategies.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier, passive technical talent in the AI/ML landscape.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through to offer.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future needs, with specialized programs to address urgent hiring spikes.
Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, Boolean searches, GitHub, Kaggle, relevant tech communities, and industry-specific events.
Act as a subject matter expert on the technical talent market, providing insightful data and market intelligence on trends, compensation, and competitive threats.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
