In this important role, you will support the safe movement of visitors and deliveries throughout the Naval Base while ensuring the highest standards of security, professionalism, and customer service are maintained at all times. What you’ll do: Escorting visitors and deliveries safely within the Naval Base Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner and guiding them to the correct location Completing chaperone processes accurately using company systems Maintaining the highest levels of site security and reporting any concerns immediately Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and client representatives Attending team briefs, meetings, and training sessions as required Ensuring all duties are carried out in line with Sodexo policies, procedures, and site regulations Maintaining excellent standards of appearance, hygiene, and professionalism Reporting accidents, near misses, incidents, or faulty equipment promptly Supporting the wider team with additional reasonable tasks as required What you bring: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Computer literate Driving is required for this position.
