What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a polished presence.
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and care.
* Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback with confidence and empathy.
* Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B to ensure smooth service.
* Maintain accurate records and uphold brand standards at every touchpoint.

* Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
* A guest-first mindset and a calm, confident approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.

* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
