The apprenticeship programme will start in summer 2026!
Your Tasks
1. You will work towards a Level 2 in Lean Manufacturing Operations, spending your time on site supported by external training providers.
2. During this time, you will shadow experienced Production Operators in both Rawboard and Upgrading areas, whilst helping to achieve optimum plant utilisation and efficiency.
3. You will also be required to work on a range of projects across the site and prepare short presentations on your progress.

For all our apprenticeships, we are looking for self-motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a range of departments. You will also need the following:
4. Good Standard of secondary education with GCSEs Level 4 or above in Maths and English.
5. Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
